Which means theres no conversion down time, and we can get right to work!! Our office has always been small and personal; you will always have a friendly knowledgeable staff member for your assistance, and your patients will never have to talk to a machine. Unlike other billing services we do not charge additional fees for outstanding accounts receivables or monthly reports. We can also tailor monthly reporting to meet your needs so you can compare your practice to others like yours.

• How do we make the change to AMS & how does it work?

Converting your billing to our company is simple and easy. After consulting with our staff you decide how much or little you would like us to help you. We can start immediately by handling a portion of your billing needs or take all of your billing functions at once. The initial set up for electronic claims is about 2-4 weeks, varying on insurance carrier. During this time claims will be processed by paper. In order to bill your claims we require your staff forward us a copy of the superbill/encounter form detailing the services performed. We will also require copies of insurance cards and patient registration forms for new patients & patients whos information has changed. All payments/receivables will continue to go directly to the provider/facility. Our office also scans/records all daily reports/superbills/deposits on our secure server for your records at no additional fee.

• How much does your billing service charge?

Our full service billing fees vary by specialty and size of the practice; since resources necessary to perform the billing vary widely depending on those two factors. We bill on a percentage-of-collections basis and/or flat fee basis at the option of the client. Every aspect is negotiable, and our company understands that our profit depends on your profit. There are absolutely no fees to set up a consultation with our office and discuss options. Full service contracts are available (but not a requirement), on an annual basis, with renewable terms and allowing specified circumstances for early termination.
